Someone named Justin calls for WL Construction.   He is very rude, belligerent & hateful.  He has been asked each time to place us on the Do Not Call list.   He then has a fit & screams he is in a meeting & hangs up.  If I am in a meeting we don't answer the phone.  Reported him to the Federal Trade Commission.
