uhm yea because it perpetuates the fraud, the person(s) claiming to have won (oh yes, inlcuding yourself) are likely part of the whole operation. I received a text from an email address stating that I had won some huge "grand prize". I work for an international bank and see this type of SCAM several times a day. Bottom line, if you did not register for any type of lottery or contest, then how can you possibly win??? SCAM SCAM SCAM
I just got one of those Guilin Classic promo draw .I sent my ID and thought it my be a scam. But I live in a camper without power or water so I don't have much to lose. The promo said that it is once in three years and after visiting this site I see It is a scam. they wont get much
