They just call and call hoping you will call back or pick up. Only way to stop them is to block them. when you call the number a recording says all their operators are busy and you can press a # to be placed on their do not call list, but does that ever happen? I doubt it.

ID thieves and bill collectors buy and sell your information. Thieves want you to call them back in order to collect more information to sell to others if they can't con you. Don't ever give out or "confirm" ANY information over the telephone, including your name; it's the safest way to protect yourself. If you call them back, they have your number. If you identify yourself, they have your name, and so on. Do not push any buttons or leave messages. These are common tactics of thieves and bill collectors alike. Beware, these thieves ARE POSTING HERE (800notes) to confuse people.
You can help your entire community by doing what I did. I contacted our local TV station and told them about this website. Beware of any future posts asking Stacy for more advice, contradictions, and/or getting responses from "Stacy". Just another tactic that these people use.
yep this is a scam! they won't leave a message to protect their scam/identity. what to do - answer, then quickly hangup, then block them. call came from utah where the republican controlled state allows corrupt telemarketers
