They are not taking an independent and non-partisan survey. They are attempting to influence or alter the view of voters (using pushy tactics) under the GUISE of conducting a poll. They are in the same class as telemarketers as far as I am concerned and should be included because they are essentially lyng to you about their real purpose for calling you.
