I am moving and looking for a home to rent, this same [***] tried it with me, so glad i googled his number. I got suspisious wgen i talked to him and he was so foreign i couldnt understand him. I almost sent him money, so glad i didnt. I googled tge adress and saw its listed for sale. I contacted the listing agent and filled him in on tge scam. Thanks for the info everyone
Yes this person is a scam trying to rent a 3 bedroom house utilites included for 650 a mouth and 650 deposit the address he says the house is located is 2499 swan lane las vegas nv 89121 the person used the name Aimee F Hall and says he lives In TN and is renting his home because he had a job offr and moved. when you ask for a application he ask if you married you name address and date of bith and ask you to send a picture back to him that's all the information he ask for and says that you send the money and he will send you the keys......it sad the he thinks people are that stupid! BEWARE!
I am the property manager for the home at 2499 Swan Lane and just stumbled across this series of posts. Where did you guys see this ad for the home? I can tell you that the owner does NOT have a Utah number and it is not for rent by anyone other than us, the licensed property managers. It is also not $650 and utilities are not included.
