I have had 2 calls from them too both at 1.13pm - I didnt answer the first one the second one I didn't speak - was a male on the phone. I am in New Zealand too.
I had a clear open line but caller muted their end. I said HELLO loudly twice. I waited several seconds and finally the light went out on my phone and I was disconnected. I live in California the call came in at 5:30pm.
Caller ID only showed # & UTAH. I am on the "DO NO CALL" list. The OPTION to BLOCK these calls have taken away from our phone companies due to the government regulation. TRANSLATION - GOVERNMENT PAY-OFF.
Caller left message on my answering machine. I listened four times and still couldn't understand what caller was saying. Sounded like she said, "Calling from SSI." Then she hung up. Weird. ID said "Utah."
Call reads UTAH on caller ID, sounds like an Indian man. Asked to speak to "any adult," I said no thanks and hung up. This number has now called me every night between 7-8 like clockwork since last Tuesday. I don't even answer the phone after 6 anymore.
