Who called from 3852077065

I have been getting a phone call 3-5 times a day, always in the evening. I answer and nothing. They hang up after 30 seconds with not a word every time.

This number has called  two nights in a row.  ID says Utah. Tonight was different, they weren't paying attention, a woman asked for my husband by name, then realized it was voicemail and hung up. Being on the do not call list doesn't mean anything at all. We get more scam and telemarketing calls now then we did before we went on DNC list.

Called twice tonite. No msg

They are calling here and we answer, twice tonight....it's a fax line. So I don't know how to let them know this is not a fax line!

I called the number back and it's a survey company SSI.  So annoying..
