The man was very rude and I repeated multiple times I wanted off their list. He kept saying "you have credit card with us, don't you want a lower rate??" and I finally said.."no! Take me off your list"...and he says "Why are American's so DUMB?" So I asked to speak to a manager and he said "okay" and then hung up on me. Yea, I'm the dumb one. (and he sounded "American" to me)
