I pressed 1 and then I was instructed to press 3 if I didn't have any advance loans, 7 to talk to someone about restructuring. Got to talk to a live person by pressing 7. He asked how many advance loans I had, told him one, he asked how much. I asked him who he was with and if he was local. He responded that the company was named Corporate Restructure and they were nationwide. He asked how much I had on my loan and I told him I didn't know but could get an amount and call him back if he gave me their number. He said "absolutely" but asked for a ballpark figure to see if I qualified. I asked him to forgive my skeptism and wanted to get the amount for him and look them up online. Once I had confirmed the company was legit, I'd give them a call back. He said "nevermind" and hung up. (for the record, we don't have any advance loans, I was just trying to get information so I could report them for violation of the DNC list).
