They claim they work for Apoyo Solutions. They do not , they just want to scam you out of money and take any personal files from your computer/laptop/any devices you have. Do not let they clean your device or open your online banking, that is the only way they can access your personal information. These people claim that Apoyo Solutions was going out of business and was going to refund my money back to me. They claim they gave me to much money back. IT IS A SCAM

They claimed that they had accidentally put $1500 into my personal checking account and they wanted me to go to the nearest Grocery store and send them a wire transfer of $1000. They would let me keep the extra $500. Very forceful and frightening. Said his name was Jim Williams and had a very thick accent.
