I am tired of received calls from this finacial institution . Please help they call me anytime

This number has been calling my cell nearly every day, sometimes up to 3 times per day for the past SEVERAL MONTHS!! I NEVER answer. They need to get a clue that I will continue not to answer and STOP CALLING ME! I am also on the do-not call list. Apparently that makes no difference as random other numbers frequently call me as well. So annoying.
