As the others have mentioned, I received a call from this number today at my office (directly to my office line) and was asked by an Indian woman whether or not I worked at the company and started asking me personal information. I kept telling her that I did not want to sign up for a credit card, a contest, or get any "free" information about health insurance. She continued to interrupt me, and I couldn't understand most of what she said anyways. I tried to be patient and polite but after struggling for 5+ minutes to get the point across that I am NOT INTERESTED, I finally just hung up.
However, if you call the number back, you can press "2" and it will supposedly take you off of their call list. Hopefully it works.
I received a call from "Federal Financial". Person was not born in America - he told me that they were not soliciting anything, but wanted to give me a free scratch off card - All I had to do was answer 3 questions. At that, I told him I was not interested in receiving a "FREE" card. Some sort of scam, for once you answer the 3 questions, you will be knee deep in BLEEP.

they say they are not selling anything. But when I say thanks but I am not interested and hang up, they have the guts to call back and yell at me for hanging up! Yep... nice
I received a call from this number on my work line, then they tell me someone will be coming in to give me a reward. When I called the number back it says INS, but you can push #2 to be removed from their call list.
