385-232-7079, caller ID shows wireless caller. Suposively Process and Litigations Services. Threatens litigations, looking for verification of home address and place of employment to serve papers, Threatens to contact HR in order to serve papers at place of employment. SCAMMERS!!!! tired and fed up of getting these calls daily.

I too received a call from this number with similar type of claim...."Fax order. Regarding your civil complaint that was filed against you. I've been retained to serve you with documents to appear in court. Either at your residence or your place of employment. If you have any questions or concerns about the complaint or wish to rectify the matter outside of court before your sir. You need to call 3852327079. When calling please reference your case number ###### you have officially been notified"....This one of several messages received over the last several months with the same case number sometimes it has a different return phone number but always basically same message.  I believe it to be a scam....

I get the same call but from all different number using the same claim # the phone # that I received are 314 884 3179   385 232 7079 I also received from another # but I can't locate that number These people are crazy why don't they get a real job
