This is a bill collector with a recorded message saying they have paperwork with your name and social security number on it and a person will be calling to set up a "appointment to resolve this matter.' Then it gives you another number to call: 855-510-4749
'Sean' called at just after 8AM (TWICE) and was overly aggressive about getting info for someone who apparently used my name as a reference for a loan. I tried to explain that I had no info on that person and asked him to remove my number from his list, wherein he became extremely belligerent, yelling and demanding that I tell him where the person was. When I threatened to report him to the FTC, he laughed and challenged me to 'turn him in' because he wasn't going to quit calling until I gave him the information. I WILL. COMPLETE JERK!! DON'T ANSWER.
