Got same message only this time they called from 13852752369 said her name was angel fisher floor supervisor lol I don't owe any debt have never received a cash advance so I called back to see who they were so I could report them said the company name was remittances litigation group and I would receive a summon in the Mail because they are filing criminal charges against me I told them to go right ahead
My sister almost fell for this scam artist because they had her prior address, name & DOB, last for of SSN and that bank she had used to prior to try to receive a pay day loan and yet it still isn't legit. I told her it's probably the same people who ripped her off 6 years ago when she tried to get a payday loan and instead they stole money. Just scammers. Don't fall for it and never believe they can issue warrants, they don't have the authority plus they'd need proof of the crime to have a detective in your state call you before issuing any warrants. If you didn't commit a crime don't fall for the warrant lies.
Keep calling my phone and leaving prerecorded messages stating if myself or my lawyer dont contact them i will waive my rights and a warrant will be issued.
I to have received two called from these people saying they are located in Utah 385-269-9856. She stayed just as everyone else has and when I said I have an attorney for my bankruptcy case she took his info down and then stated she would pass it on to their legal department to see if the warrant could be removed. So then when I asked about the company I had a payday loan with she gave me a name but said they have a no contact order so I can't talk to them. I gave the info to my lawyer and he stated they are a scam to have you send money. Save your phone messages and any contact they make with you. I feel like they should be sued.
