If they mention that they are "Google Maps", "Google Support", "Google Placement", "Google {anything}", besides reporting them to the FTC, also report them to Google at:

Google has been taking action against these people (Local Lighthouse, for one) for using the trademarked name to falsely identify themselves.

I received calls from this number every day & I know it's a scam. I called it back & there was an option to be taken off the call list. I hope it works!

repeated hang ups from this number.  CID says "online support".

caller ID said "online support".  No person responded when I picked up the phone.
