Who called from 3852436369

As it usually goes with these spammer-scammer calls, I never answer them.

Refused to answer since it came from Utah and I've never known anyone there.

Received a robocall from this number. Recorded message said something like, "Hi, I'm Heather" after which I hung up. I believe I've received this same call from different numbers.

Got a phone call from this number.  I was told that my vehicle warranty was expiring and if I wanted to speak to a representative.  I said no, and the robocall immediately hung up.

Missed call. Called back. Their message asks if you want to be put on the do not call list.
