Who called from 3852491221

No message, I've saved this number to my caller ID under "scam" so if they call again I'll know to ignore it.

Called and left no message. Minutes later got another SLC ID number and again no message.

calls sounds like a boiler room in the background. I don't speak, they don't speak.

Called out business and hung up. CID said IMS.

CID showed V32500284500087 - Robo-dialed, clicked over to call center, didn't wait for me to say anything, "Can I talk to the manager?  Hello?  Hello?  Hello?  Can I talk to the manager?  Hello?  Hello?"  I never said a word.  Just rude, B-S, scammer, time wasting clowns.  He kept on the line which I placed on my desk for about thirty seconds.
