called at work.. i waited for a moment before saying anything.. usually when i do, they pick up.. i wanted to know where they were calling from so i did that.. lady said she wanted to talk to the manager.. she said something about financial something.. she mumbled and spoke too fast that i couldn't understand her so i kept on asking her to repeat.. she eventually told me to have a nice day and hung up..
I got a call at work from Afortus Financial saying that we've won a 3 day, 4 night hotel stay. I stopped her after that because we weren't interested. We've had multiple calls from Afortus and it's been for different things each time.
The number has called a few times on my Google Voice I added to the "Do not Call List". The line never leaves a voice message. Needless to say, you do not leave a voice message, must not be important.
I finally answered after months of calling. Same deal. Financial advisors would be in my area and want to make an appointment and I would get a free hotel stay as a thank you. I asked her to remove our number and she said I have only called once but okay....
