Indian call center offering giveaways from a financial company recently expanded into our area. Caller ID showed IMS

Calls constantly but never answers after I  identify us as a non-profit. When no one is here, they never leave a message. How do we stop those calls?

Never introduced where they are calling from. So rude..."Are you manager???" that's alls they want.
