Finally picked up phone after seeing this # with "IMS" in caller ID window last 2 days. I said hello then several seconds later a man with a very thick accent said something about Facebook then hung up. Tired of my phone being tied up with this crap. I am on the DNC list and it means nothing.
Have had a LOT of missed calls from them. Answered one eventually and the heavy accent lady said something about giving away some travel if I answer a few questions like "if you are working full time". I asked them not to call again and remove me from their list and they hung up. Got a lot more calls and finally answered again. This time another heavy accented lady said the same script. I told her I've asked them not to call me again to which she responded "No you haven't, I'm the owner so shut up!" I began to respond but she hung up on me. Crazy tactic these people have.
They call to see if anyone answers. If you answer, they add your number to another list for another group of people to call you and say that your computer has something wrong and you need to install their software to fix it. Once installed, they hijack your computer and identity. Enjoy!
