This is "IMS" -- Interactive Marketing Solutions. They've called me from several numbers in sequence that makes me believe they own at minimum phone numbers from 385-249-1264 thru 385-249-1873. If that's the case, that would be 609 phone numbers. Why do they call and then hang up? Harvesting numbers obviously, but they just as obviously want to sell me marketing, but I have yet to have an actual conversation with any of them. I'll block all 609 numbers if need be.
This thread on 800 notes says they're connected to Federal Finance who has pestered us non-stop for years.

Got a call from them asking for the head of the house, told them your speaking to em. Then thy said I won a free trip all I have to do is answer three questions. And before I can answer she asks me do I work full or part time. Told none of her business, her reply none of my business (with a smart tone) good bye and she hangs up. She said her name was Amanda with and Indian (not American) accent.
