this number called me 3 times within an hour. With 1 voicemail for 4seconds and no noise on the other end. 3rd time they called I answered but no response and just silence in return then they hung up after 15 seconds. When I try to call back it states they are not accepting calls at this time. weird.

Person just called me too. I have caller ID on my cell and their name is Wilson Jodi. I have no idea who it is though.
