Just got my first call from this number. Caller ID said it was from Salt Lake City Utah but it was probably just from a phone room where phones are set to call from anywhere.
This number keeps calling hundreds of times a day asking for a Larry Major. I have asked numerous times for them to stop calling but they have not listened. This last time I asked them to stop calling the woman on the phone said " F you". Classy. I asked to speak with a manager many times and she wouldn't transfer me. This is out of control and really upsetting me. I do not know what to do.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is to get a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers! All that does is verify your phone number! And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.
* If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scammers" (or similar). Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

This number keeps calling my home. When i pick up the phone they start laughing, and its 130am. So i called the number back and it said your call is very important to us,please stay on the line for the next agent. Its definitely some type of scam.They call over and over, i would not pick up their calls nor would i return them. Just block the number, 385-259-6092
There is a national do not call number 1-888-382-1222 OR (donotcall.gov) to register on line. You may also want to find out the area from the area that the number originated (385) area code and call the attorney general of that state and lodge a complaint. Provo, UT T-Mobil USA.
