I answered and said, "police dept. how can I help you". They hung up. I only block after I get a second call from the same number. I make them a contact like, Block 1, Block 2". etc.
Haven't got a second call yet from any number.

as the others have said, the called my cell and didn't leave a message. Area code is based in Utah. *Blocked*

spam call from this number to my cell phone today.

Called, left no message.  i didn't bother calling back after looking here.
