Answered today and they said they are a consulting company working with google and ebay.  They help you work on the internet.  Blocked this number.

Never leave messages or if they do they hang up.  Called me three times in one day.  Called them back.  Some consulting office

Have received numerous calls today from this outfit.
Start recording them at 6:36 p.m.
6:38 and 7:00 p.m. there were two more.  Three in about 20 minutes. I do not answer unknown name calls.  These people are not allowed to call before 8: a.m and not after 9:00 p.m.
I am not home most of the time so if they get their jollies that way, let them have their fun, poor things.  I really don't care.

They called me 26 times yesterday. No voice mails left. I'm getting frustrated and pretty close to filing for harassment. So far six times today. Thankfully my phone has a call rejection option.
