The Do Not Call list only works against legitimate companies. Being on the DNC list will do nothing to get the scammers to stop calling. People get so upset that they get these calls while on the DNC list and blame the government or the system or whoever, but there really isn't anything any of those entities can do to stop these idiots sc/pammers from calling. There are websites that you can report these numbers to, but theses people will just spoof another number. Unfortunately, our only real "defense" is to ignore the calls and add the numbers to reject list if you have one available. Extremely frustrating, but lay the blame where it belongs...these idiots.
I keep getting calls from this number 385-288-5685 and I am in the non calling list. Constant interruption during the day when I am working, unacceptable.

Received a telephone call from 385-288-5685, a recording stated that there is nothing wrong with my credit card but please call this number. A real scam.
