often get calls from this number never answer them

I didn't answer but I received the same ID  VOIP.  I only answer calls that I know...Thank Goodness for Caller ID...

The message said that they wanted to lower my credit card interest rate and to press 1 to talk to a rep. I hung up

This is a scam to steal your credit card information!!! These scum sucking bottom feeding pigs deserve a slow death!!! It was a indian piece of [***] who said i qualified but didn't have any of my information. He wanted to know all of my credit card numbers that had a balance over $3,500 and over 10%. Do not fall into their trap!!!

Called my cell phone. Did not answer and the caller did not leave a message. ID indicated call came from Provo, UT. I am assuming it is related to a call I received 4 min earlier from Biloxi, MS (228-325-1169).
