Just had a phone call from them saying it was select health wanting to do a survey onnthe dr we saw to better help them.... sounds Like a second party doing the telemarketing for them
This number says they are calling from SelectHealth for a survey, however I work for SelectHealth and this is NOT a phone number from the company. All of their phone numbers start with 801-442, never a 385 phone number. Also, SelectHealth doesn't call out to members for a survey.
I noticed calls from this number after I cancelled directtv so pretty sure they gave my number out. When it goes to voice-mail their software doesn't pick up on it so I end up with 2 or 3 minutes of the telemarketer asking for me which was a little funny on the first two messages but now it's just annoying. They don't say why they are calling.
I've received a call from them every day since 12/28/16 (except 12/31 and 1/1) and at random times of the day. I have Select Health and have been called by them before, but it was from 801-307-12xx. They have left a message. I have also received some in the past saying they are from select health from area code 402 & 978 and their messages sound legit because they end in "If you have any questions about your Select Health Benefits, please call the number on your member ID card." When I call this number, I get a very automated voice say that it is from Select Health wanting to conduct a survey about my health care and they will try to call back again and hope that I will take the time to take their survey. Well, they sure are calling back again - OVER & OVER. I am blocking this number!
