Who called from 3857078049

I get calls from this and several other numbers.  I add them to "block" but never answer.

I have blocked the number also but i think they are still finding ways to call me because i keep getting Unknown & No Caller ID calls alll day long and it gets on my nerves.

It was First Premier Bank Card calling about my credit card. They left a barely legible phone number which is how I figured it out.

Received this call .... I don't answer #s I do not know . One time I did and my # ended up being used in a scam because inmates were forwarding my #s they could have unlimited access. Ran my bill up 48.oo until I figured it out did the same thing to my grandfather his was 2o8.

Called me yesterday afternoon and again today. Truecaller listed number as "In Service", although I highly doubt it. Caller did not leave an answer.
