Who called from 3857773029

I got a phone call from this person in which I didn't answer it. I don't know who it is but I've been called to much these days by unknown numbers.

Just received a call on my TextPlus app.....don't know who it is...

Hm. Got a call from this number 385-777-3029, they called several times over about 8 minutes, sometimes stopping after just one ring. Annoying. But immediately after that, I got at least three calls FROM MY OWN PHONE NUMBER, in other words, it is listing my own phone number as the one calling. FREAKY,  and very suspicious.

They call every morning at the same time, I blocked them on my phone....
