We received no response either from you or your attorney regarding this matter. We decided to reach out to you one last time to give you the opportunity to be compliant and give your statement of intent to our office regarding file number ******** please be advised if we we do not hear from you today, I will no longer be able to assist you on a voluntary resolution. so contact our office immediately at 386-202-2111."
I have received about 3 or 4 calls from this number so far. It amazing how they say the MUST hear back from me today or they cannot help me with this issue, yet they call the very next day and leave the very same message. I have no debts, just monthly bills which are all current. They have also been calling various family members which I have never ever listed as references or given their phone numbers out for anything.
Appears to be a mall-rat kitchen-table debt scamming operation. Located in a mall-based UPS store's rented box, no doubt working out of a house nearby.

I just got a phone call from them, and returned the call knowing it was a scam. I told the person who called that I was documenting it as harassment, and not to call my number again. The man immediately hung up on me.
They keep calling. I answer. The moment of silence afterwards is he tell tale sign that they are using a dialer calling multiple numbers until someone picks up. Scam Scam actually should be against the law, FCC codes and I would think Google's rules. At least Google let's us look up the number and show it as a scam even though they host a site for them. Interesting, getting something from both ends.
