I got the same call last night. American corporations set up the call centers in India. They gave the list of numbers to the folks in India to call us "innocent" Americans. Assuming that callers scam us here, who do you think is keeping the bulk of the money. The world has changed, it is a global village. You do not need scammers from abroad, all you have to look at is Wall Street, Bernie Madoffs and the like.
