I called the number back.  It was a recording asking if I wanted to reduce my debt, or something.  It did give the option to be added to their do not call list.

I didnt even have to say hello and a recorded message said I can improve my credit score in less than 30 days.

Called during the work day. No message left.

Calls without leaving messages.

Dang, I am so tired of getting stupid spam calls.
Blocking this number !!
