Timeshare Presentation that's too good to be true. $300 walmart, $30 Dinner, 2 ariline tickets, 2 night getaway, and no purchase required, only 90 min pres.
After doing some research on the internet, I found this article:

Basically, when ask for your gifts, they give you a folder with phone numbers to call and you have to pay $50 each to another company in order to get your so-called "Free Gifts". My advise is to go ahead and sign up for the presentation, but don't show up, this will do a community service by using up that spot so some unsuspecting victim (possibly a relative or friend) doesn't get scammed.
Come out, tour our resort, listen to a 90 min presentation, and get a free 4-day 3-night cruise. First mistake, agreeing to listen and second believing that there may be a gift. The free cruise “Gift” only required that my wife and I send $100.00 registration fee, and...and $179.00 each for cabin reservation; therefore, this lovely free cruise was only going to cost us $458.00 to get started...Great Deal huh...not!!! Save yourself a lot of grief and PLEASE do not WASTE your time listening to this timeshare sells pitch.
