Bullcrap. Fake ads on Craigslist have weird area codes.

So this caller is not a real person?

They are craigslist scammers.  I saw one of their ads wanting to sell a Honda generator for less than half what it was worth.  It was on an Iowa City craigslist ad and they uses a Florida phone number, one of many they use.  Check them out here.
