"Professional Advocate, Joanne" gives state license number 8898, asks for us by name, and leaves message that since we paid "timeshare resale company fees and not had results", we "may be entitled to a refund according to state and federal blah blah blah". Callback number left is 386-256-9088. I do believe these kind of companies need a "fee" to "collect" your money, as I have had to deal with such before.
