Same as the previous post. Call frequently and leave no message. I answered once. Automated system identified me by name, and also the student I co-signed with. Also asking me to enter the acct number and last 4 digits of the ss number. Ummmm.......NO!! Since I receive weekly emails from Navient, a message should have come there first.
