I was receiving calls from this number as many as 5x per day. There is a form on the Federal Trade Commission's website where you can report the number. I just did today...hopefully it will work. Here is the link to the FCC's form: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
Have been getting up to 5 calls a day from this number for the past week. Never left a msg and when I did answer, nobody was there. Finally tonight some one was there and said they were from U.S. Life Care. They sold pendants for wearing around your neck to alert some one in a medical emergency. I ask to be removed from their call list and she said "no problem".
All you can do is report them on the do not call registry. Read this article, it explains how this is illegal and the goverment is trying to shut them down as no one is allowed to call you with a recorded message selling things.
