Called 1020 pm. If call back, it just rings busy

Called 3 times consecutively. Each time there is a message but all it is, is static on the other end.

I discovered what this number is. My college aged grandson lost his phone and used this phone service to try to contact me. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize it but he confirms it is a Phone service that folks can use to reach family and friends.

Call at 3am. No one on the other end. Can't get disconnected to get a dial tone.

Did you ever find out anything because this person is calling us.
