This number calls my aunt every day. 386-269-9396. Claiming an unpaid loan she never applied for. He has changed the amount of the loan twice.
The company he is calling from is BMT his name is Justin. Are they are fraud trying to take advantage of a senior citizen?
Call me twice the past few days says his name is Allen calling from a law office but leaves no name of the firm just states " My firm"
He scared me by saying he wants to give me a chance to tell my side of the story. ... He even has my last four digits of my social security no. and states the issue is connected to my I.D. ~But of course Federal regulations Prohibit him from giving out any more info In my voice mail.~
He asked me to leave my case number and name on his voice mail and he will return my call.What freaking case number!?!?
The man sounds like a creep/salesman/ actor/waiter trying to be an actor, and certainly does not sound like any lawyer I have ever known. Jeez. .. He scared me a bit..... Like someone or myself was doing something fraudulent!
