I just received a call from this number. I did not recognize the no. so did not answer, however, they also did not leave a message. When trying to return the call, I receive the message that the no. is either no longer in service or disconnected. I understand it is possible for someone to put a recording on their phone and only allow calls from certain people through. What kind of a place is this?
I got a call from this number on my cell phone. 386 is my area code, so I answered. There was no response, line was completely quiet. Call disconnected after about ten seconds.
