Creeps call my home every other week telling me they are from Microsoft Technical dept and that I have a malicious virus in my computer. Insisting that I must follow some steps to clear my computer.
Idiots called my home phone, then my cell. When I asked who it was', I'm told its "Alan". Since calls to cell phones are illegal, I point that out to him and he tells me I "requested" I be called for a survey !
I asked what company was calling , but all i got was " a survey" for an answer
