I received a forwarded text message from this number to call another number.  I tried to call this number back and got a generic voicemail message with a full mailbox.  I called the number in the text (904-263-5221) and got a recorded sales pitch.

Received a text message from 386-383-8608 saying "Please call 904-263-5221".  Called the number and got a prerecorded message about receiving money for roof repair.  Pressed "1" to get connected to a representative.  Spoke with a guy who said that he was working for Gary Guichard.  Looked up Gary Guichard and found the following contact info:
