386 area code is northern Florida. 401-0340 is a scammer / fraudster
It does not do any good to block the numbers of scammers. They don't own the number they call from....they are riding on the coattails of the legal owner. They just steal another number and call you again. They are more than scammers....they harass people....calling twice a day, several times a week.
