They left a voice mail about an IRS lawsuit. It's a scam.

left VM having a file or something, think it was an IRS scam...

Same phone recording as earlier IRS scams, different phone number.  Tells you to call to get information on case file.

Left part of a voice mail.  Said something about a law suit or case file? Told me to call 386-401-1049 (the same number they called in with).
