Who called from 3864016951

Did not answer but called it back blocking my own number and was automatically disconnected. Called back without blocking my number and got the recording, "You have recently visited one of our sites and are eligible for a $100 visa gift card, press 1 to continue or press 2 to be removed from our list."  I press 2 and was disconnected....pretty sure its a scam. LOL

Received call, didn't recognize AC or number so did not answer. Caller left no message.
