caller ID states "FCTW" which I believe is First Class Travel Wise and it is a phone scam!!! They try to get money for a trip "not taken" but many have complained. Both sites list a numerous amount of complaints as well as other phone numbers and names this company uses.
I see alot of complaints but I did nt have a problems with this travel agency and I had a great time in my vac...a little slow in the response for some issues that came up during my vac but i did have a nice vac at a very decent price and having a big family i saved a lot of money , specially in this trouble times when our money is very tight......people should just no complain about every single thing...why cant we discuss how airlines are taking advantage of us or even retail stores?
Buck, either you work for these people or you haven't reached phase 2 or 3 where they harrass you to death with phony claims that you owe more money. They are a very disreputable outfit and should be avoided and the principals of the company locked up. I get 3 or 4 calls everyday from them and this has gone on for years.
I can say I looked over everything and this people have a very good package and i have been part of different travel clubs and i have no complaints about them, the resorts have been more the welcoming and i even got a car rental for my family! I do see that you can never get everything you want but coming to florida from a cold weather state at the time i went to vacation in florida i got alot of things at very cheap price and i saved over 3k at my stay in florida....the cruise was very nice ( first time in a cruise ) and was a great time ! sorry if i was happy with i got....you should look at what you get....and after everything I would give them another chance!
