This lady was originally polite, said we were listed as a secondary contact for our daughter in another state. When I said I didn't have her phone number and was worried for her and asked what was wrong, she became rude, raised her voice, cut me off. After dropping the phone and her calling back I said "there you are", and she said loudly and rudely "that's because you keep hanging up on me". I tried to tell her what happened and she was rude, loud and kept cutting me off more. If I'd hung up on her I certainly wouldn't have taken her second call.
She said she was an independant locator and when I again said I had no phone number for our daughter and was hoping she could help me understand, she was very very mean and rude, cut me off and said she was going to mark something a file and said our daughter had to appear for charges. Then she hung up on me.
So now I cannot phone our daughter, someone is charging her with something, and I don't know if she's safe or not, or what's wrong with her. I tried and tried to call back this number and it rings once and stops, like the lady refuses now to take my calls.
