I received a phone call from this number 386-456-5264 and he Said my number was filled out in a contest from Walmart, Best Buy, Target or a gas station. Guy with strange accent and Florida number but said his company is based in my phone number area code. I don't live in that area code. Said I won one of four prizes already paid for by his sponsors. A vacation, 2500 gas card, 32" tv or a Ford Explorer. Frank Hooper from Free Journey company was where he said he was from. Informed me this call was being recorded. Proceeded to ask me personal questions. He became irritated and asked "Do you want one of these prizes or not" I said I wanted to answer no more questions and hung up on me.
